October 30th Meeting Notes

Aloha, we had a meeting at Susana's home this past Sunday and had a good turnout. We welcomed Paul's friend Rick and his nice vintage ukulele to the club. Robert showed up with his nice new banjolele. We discussed a permanent site for the meetings and will follow up with efforts in that direction in the near future. Once we have a permanent site, we will print flyers to hand out at local music stores offering free beginners lessons. Jennifer offered to share Sacramento's Christmas song book for those who are interested. The next meeting will be at Jennifer's home on November 13, 2011 at 1:30p. Make sure to check out the help and calendar sections for new postings.  I will post new tunes for the next meeting in a couple of days. As of this date, I will no longer send individual meeting reminders since all active members have access to the website. Mahalo and hope to see you at the next meeting. Rob
